PROBIRT.COM is a community site built to help band instrument repair technicians continue their education in the field with minimal expense. This is accomplished though online articles, streaming videos, and video conferencing for live clinics.

What is Probirt?

Probirt is a website portal set up to house and organize band instrument repair information. Members are encouraged to add their methods, tips, and information for the benefit of others in the industry and also reap the experiences that fellow repair techs have posted.

What is Probirt NOT?

Probirt is NOT intended to replace current band instrument repair organizations but to complement them and fill the void that exists in using modern technology for the education of repair technicians.
Probirt is NOT an attempt to dictate the best methods for repair. Instead, the site is meant to be a storehouse of information and experience for repair techs by repair techs. It is up to the individual repair technician to decide for himself what is useful at the bench.

What is the purpose of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technician Resource Site ?

There are several:
1. To continue the online community started on the Delphi Forum but provide more features for the members with better organization of the information contained within.
2. To have an archive of repair info easily located and searchable by all members back to the beginning of the site.
3. To use the benefits of technology for the continued education of repair techs
